What is Cos Cob TV & Audio’s return policy?
Unopened Items may be returned to Cos Cob TV & Audio within 30 days from when you received your purchase for a full refund. Opened items 30 calendar days less 10%. The original packaging and accessories are required for all returns. Please let us know if you prefer an exchange, replacement, or refund when you contact us to return your item. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Opened items will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Defective items will be exchanged without a restocking fee. We
encourage you to call the manufacturer of your item for technical
support before returning it. About half the time, the manufacturer can
fix the problem faster than we can replace the item. If you can not
return the item to Cos Cob TV & Audio, almost all products have a manufacturer
warranty that will provide a repair or exchange for the malfunctioning
item.
The following items may not be returned once opened (defective items will be exchanged):
- Software
- Paper
- In-ear buds
- Printers with installed ink or toner
- Ink and toner
Labor costs are not refundable.

You must mark your RMA# on the shipping label and be sure to include
all parts of the product being returned, including all original
packaging, cables, manuals, etc. For faster processing, please email your return tracking number to sales@coscobtv.com.
We cannot refund your original shipping charges. You are responsible
for all shipping charges except if the mistake was our fault.
Once your item is received by Cos Cob TV & Audio, your exchange, refund, or
replacement will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be
credited to the same credit card used to place the order. To check the

We do not have any financing options for individuals at this time.
Does Cos Cob TV & Audio charge sales tax?
Cos Cob TV & Audio charges sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Connecticut state and picked up at our store. Sales tax is not charged on
orders shipped outside Connecticut.
My business or school is tax exempt in Connecticut . How can I place an order?
First email your blanket tax exemption form to Sales@coscobtv.com
or fax it to (203) 769-1635. Then call (203) 889-2277 to place your
order by phone. We cannot process tax exempt orders through our website
at this time. Once we have a blanket tax exempt form on file for your
organization, future purchases can be processed as tax exempt through
phone sales or at our retail store.
If you've placed an order on Cos Cob TV & Audio.com and need the sales tax charge refunded, please email Sales@coscobtv.com. We can process a sales tax refund up to 30 days after your order was placed.
What are Cos Cob TV & Audio's pricing policies?
All prices are final at the time of sale. Prices are subject to
change without notice. We may refuse orders for products with pricing
typographical errors.
Why did I get call from Cos Cob TV & Audio's verification department requesting more information?
In order to prevent credit card fraud and offer you the lowest
prices possible, we may require additional information to process your
order. In order to prevent these delays, please call your credit card
company to authorize your shipping address (if it is different from your
billing address).
If your order requires additional verification, you will receive a
call and/or email from us within one business day of placing your order.
Your order will not be processed until we hear from you.

- Two Day (delivers in 2 business days after shipping)
- Next Day (delivers in 1 business days after shipping)

Out of stock products will take longer to ship. Call (203) 869–2277to verify the availability of any product.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We do not currently ship to APO/FPO
addresses.
We require a signature for delivery on most orders.
You will receive a tracking number after your order ships. The carrier
will attempt to deliver up to three times. You may also have the package
held for pickup at your local UPS or FedEx center. To have your package
held or redelivered, follow the instructions on the call slip left on
the first delivery attempt.
